Michael Minch and Brian Birch recently discussed the Mormonism and Christian Identity at Utah Valley University.
Both of these men treated me very well during my years adjuncting in the philosophy department at UVU. They rock. I will add some comments later.

Thanks for posting this Chris. I haven’t seen Brian or Michael for years. I’m guessing you taught Ethics & Values? I did too, and loved it. UVU’s philosophy department is one of the most congenial departments I’ve ever known.
